Israeli Solution" von Caroline Glick. (Siehe hier:

C.G.
describes the series of commissions and the series of reports that
followed the 1929 riots.
C.G.
Quote:
Zitat:
"Following
the 1929 riots, successive British governments formed a series of
commissions and published a series of reports, each one more hostile
to Zionism than the last."
Meanwhile
the rise of the Nazis in Germany became increasingly obvious.
The
British were more and more afraid of an Arab-German Alliance.
In
the 1920s the British made Haj Amin el-Husseini the grand mufti of
Jerusalem.
In
Quote:
Zitat:
"...,
Samuel appointed Husseini the mufti of Jerusalem and elevated his
status to that of grand mufti."
Husseini
was convinced, that Zionism was not able to survive without British
support.
Husseini
So
he focused his attacks on the British.
Also
konzentrierte er seine Angriffe auf die Briten.
Quote:
Zitat:
"In
March 1933 Husseini made the case for an Arab revolt against the
British. In his view, without British support, "Zionism was
helpless and therefore the immediate need was to concentrate the
attack not on the Jews but on their British supporters.""
The
British tried to appease the Arabs by betraying the Jews, but it was
not enough.
Quote:
Zitat:
"No
matter how harshly they treated the hated Jews, the British could
never match German anti-Semitism."

be continued.)
